PRESS RELEASE LAGOS STATE LOTTERIES BOARD ASSURES STAKERS ON COMPLAINTS RECEIVED

The Lagos State Lotteries Board (LSLB) has assured petitioners of prompt response to all complaints received.

According to the General Manager, “It has come to LSLB’s notice that there are numerous complaints against one of our licenced operators, KC Gaming Network Ltd, popularly known as “Bet9ja.” Please be informed that the Board is currently looking into these complaints to resolve these issues. LSLB holds all stakeholders in highest regards and will always protect their interests.”

The general public is hereby advised to lodge complaints related to Lagos State licenced gaming operators, by filling the complaint form on LSLB’s website: www.lslb.lg.gov.ng/complaint or submit complaints at LSLB’s office located at 5th Floor, Irorun Plaza, 65 Kudirat Abiola Road, Oregun, Ikeja.

He hereby appeals to petitioners to follow due process for filing complaints.

Please note that the LSLB dispute resolution process takes a minimum of 14 working days.
