Seun Anibaba

Chief Executive Officer

Anibaba graduated from the University of Oklahoma and the New York University, both in the United States of America, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Masters Degree in Business Administration respectively. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He began his working experience with Merrill Lynch Corporate Audit and Global Lending as an intern before his elevation as Vice President of the Bank of America, Merrill Lynch Corporate Audit.
He was the Chief Executive Officer and founder of the DPR Wealth Management LCC and was Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode on Business and Marketing Strategies before his current appointment.

Adeyinka Suleman

Head, Finance & Accounts

Adeyinka is a graduate of Accountancy and a holder of Masters in Business Administration (International Business) from Lagos State University. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Information Management and Finance from Westminster Business School, United Kingdom.

He is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has over 26 years experience cutting across Audit, Banking, Capital Market and Consulting.

Umaren Dauda

Head, Monitoring & Investigation

Dauda has vast legal experience in the Nigeria Police Force. He attended the old Bendel State University now Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma where he bagged his first degree in law. He obtained certificates in Bank Fraud Detection & Investigation and International Criminal Justice and its Administration from the Nigeria Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos.
He started his work career as a legal officer with the Nigeria Police Force and has served as a legal adviser and prosecutor in the Nigeria Police in different capacity across different states of the federation. He was the legal adviser to the United Nation Mission on Criminal Justice/Reform and Restructuring/Rehabilitation (UNMIS) in Sudan until his appointment by the Lagos State Lotteries Board. Umaren Dauda hails from Edo State of Nigeria.

Gbemisola Ajibose

Head, Legal (Board Secretary/Legal Adviser)

Gbemisola Ajibose is the Head, Legal (Board Secretary/Legal Adviser) of LSLB. She joined LSLB in Y2013 as Assistant Manager, Legal Department and rose to the position of Head, Legal (Board Secretary/Legal Adviser) in Y2016.

Gbemisola started her legal career as an Associate Counsel in the law office of Babatunde Osikoya & Co where she specialised in commercial law, company secretarial practice and litigation. She subsequently joined First Independent Global Ltd as the Head, Legal/Human Resources Department, from where she was later transferred to a sister company - Crossover Savings and Loans Limited (now Crossover Microfinance Bank) to take up the role of Head, Legal/Human Resources Department.

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom.

Gbemisola renders legal advisory services to LSLB and is responsible for policy formulation, compliance monitoring and corporate due diligence. She also oversees the application review process, LSLB’s secretariat, dispute resolution proceedings and manages communications between LSLB and industry stakeholders including the State Government, regulatory agencies, gaming licencees and the general public.

Remi Iwayemi


Remi Iwayemi is the Head of Information Technology LSLB. He is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that the Lagos State gaming industry is abreast of technological trends and its operations are in line with global best practices. He has over 15 years work experience spanning across key sectors of the country’s economy, from Banking, Consulting, Manufacturing to Real Estate and more recently Public Sector.

Remi is a business process technology expert having worked on some of the biggest ERP projects within the country He brings to bear valuable managerial experience, successfully managing multicultural resource ERP projects in the Oil & Gas sector like NLNG, NNPC, Kaduna Refinery to mention a few.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun State. A certified SAP implementation consultant, and also has trainings/certifications in Project Management; Business Analytics; Design thinking (Ideation) and Leadership.

In his spare time, Remi loves to sing and is an avid football fan. He also Heads the Cell Network “Friendship” System of a 650 member strong internationally acclaimed Nigerian Church Choir.

Adedoyinsola Abitoye


Adedoyinsola Abitoye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from London School of Business & Finance, London. She is a certified Human Resources professional of the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI)and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM).

Prior to joining Lagos state Lotteries Board as the Head, Human Resources / Administration, Adedoyinsola held several roles in NGO, Telecommunication, Media, and Ecommerce industries. Her expertise includes Talent and Organizational development, Talent Acquisition and Mobility, Customer Experience, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Planning, Ethics and Compliance, Employee Development, Service Quality, HR Service Delivery, Performance Management, Business Development, HR Administration, Business Management & Strategy and Leadership Management.

Adedoyinsola is passionate about helping businesses optimize their resources, providing HR solutions and helping employees become more productive at what they do. She also enjoys setting up HR structure and organisation design for start-up ventures and non-profit organisations.

Asides Adedoyinsola’s passion for HR, she is a life coach for youths / young adults and enjoys giving back to the society by reaching out to the less privileged and alleviating their poverty.
