The world is navigating a global pandemic that has had significant impact on lives and businesses around the globe.
Over the years, LSLB has taken steps to ensure that our operations are automated in alignment with Global digital transformation.
As you are aware, LSLB’s Customer Management System is a platform built to improve ease of doing business in alignment with one of the Governor of Lagos State THEMES agenda [Making Lagos a 21st Century Economy].

Also, LSLB reiterates at our various engagements and stakeholder’s forum of the importance to develop a business continuity plan in case of a disaster or epidemic situation. As your regulator and in alignment with Mr. Governor’s directive to Public Service workers, we have initiated our Business Continuity Plan.

The office line is available during office hours, while all Management staff can be reached for direct communication. Also, all the email channels are available, and LSLB assures that the team will respond to all enquiries promptly.

License Renewals:
For all operators that their license renewal is falling due, please kindly login to the CMS system using your username (email) and password credentials. Please should you require any assistance with this process you can use any of the above listed channels or send an email to support@lslb.lg.gov.ng

Our office remains open for correspondence, but in line with Mr. Governor’s directive, LSLB may be unable to entertain any visit, unless the visit is necessary and unavoidable. You are rest assured of our continuous top-notch quality service through this trying period as a nation.
